Consumer Loan Coordinator

Senior Staff Accountant

This position is responsible for accounting functions relating to: maintaining the general ledger system; general ledger reconciliation and accurate recording of transactions in support of the financial statements; and tax reporting preparation. The Senior Staff Accountant is also responsible for compilation, analysis, and reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual data, including variance analysis, and reporting for various internal auditing functions. This position assists with preparation and administration of the annual budget, is a key participant in the month-end close process, and will also have a role in maintenance of the fixed-asset system. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of 5 years’ accounting or financial experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Mortgage Loan Processor


Heritage Credit Union, a member owned, community based financial institution, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor for our home office in Madison. This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing financial information in order to determine qualifying status for mortgage loans and other loans, as well as, reviewing and verifying documents for accuracy. Agricultural Lender - Dane County

This includes managing the process from business development to loan closing. Annual on-site farm visits, updating financial statements and cash flows and collection of Agriculture loans is also required. Consumer Loan Underwriter


We are looking to hire an experienced Underwriter. Our team is responsible, knowledgeable, friendly and fundamental to our success! The Underwriter position joins a Lending team of three (3), working at the corporate Southeast Branch (5656 S Packard Ave; Cudahy, WI).


The position requires lending experience, along with knowledge of consumer loan alternatives. Main duties consist of analyzing an applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans. Applicants will be able to explain loan types and credit options to members, answering questions throughout the process. Applicants will be able to review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy, along with regulation compliance.

Part Time Member Service Rep & Back Office Assistant


Racine Municipal Employees Credit Union is seeking a part time team member to join a small credit union atmosphere in Racine, WI. This position will report to the President and be primarily responsible for assisting President and Loan Officer with various tasks to include accounting, preparing financial reports and other back office processing. Part Time Teller - West Allis, WI


Under direct supervision of the Branch Manager, a Teller will provide accurate, prompt, efficient and courteous service to credit union members while processing transactions and answering member inquires via telephone, in-person, and email correspondence. Tellers will also be responsible for completing transactions and documentation for deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers of funds. As a Teller, your main responsibilities may include the following:


• Performing member transactions (check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, advances)

• Cash handling and cash drawer balancing

• Selling travelers checks, money orders, US savings bonds, gift cards, and other items

• Processing request for Corporate and Cashier’s checks

• Proving answers to member inquires via telephone, email, mail, and other correspondence

• Processing mail transactions and request

• Cross-selling Empower Credit Union’s products and Services

• Providing clerical services as needed (filing, labeling, cleaning, etc)

• Assisting Member Advisors in the account opening process

• Performing other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor or management.


Job Requirements:
