REAL Progress & Pathways to Prosperity (RP3)

 

The next phase of RP3 training - CFE Certified Financial Educator® Program

 

Thanks to the generous support of grants provided by the Investor Protection Trust* and the National Credit Union Foundation, this fall the Wisconsin Credit Union League is proud to implement a train-the-trainer program for 25 participants who will carry the RP3 program to a new and higher level.

Each of these participants will have the chance to continue to increase their knowledge and capacity to learn and teach others about investor education by earning their Certified Financial Educator® designation.

The CFE Certified Financial Educator® is a registered designation through the Heartland Institute of Financial Education.  Selected participants who successfully complete all the requirements of this scholarship program will receive this designation free of charge (a $1700 value).

We are now starting to accept applications. Selected participants who successfully complete all the requirements of the scholarship program will receive this nationally recognized designation at no charge.

RP3 is being coordinated by the Wisconsin Credit Union League, Governor Doyle's Council on Financial Literacy and the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions and the Puelicher Center for Banking Education at the Wisconsin School of Business, University Wisconsin-Madison.
