Are there costs inhibiting your ability to serve your members?
Whether they are technology or operational-related upgrades or any other
costs that lie beyond your budget, you may qualify for financial
help from the Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation to launch or
imporove your member service or community outreach!
Applications are now being accpeted by the Foundation for the:
Credit Union Development Grant. These help pay for
technology or operations-related expenses and upgrades that can
measurably assist your credit union in serving members. Grants are open
to all credit unions with a preference given to credit unions under $50
million in assets. Read the guidelines and apply!
REAL Solutions Initiative Grants. These funds, open
to credit unions that have signed a letter of commitment to the
statewide REAL Solutions effort, aim to help credit
unions achieve service delivery that meets the initiative's objectives:
to provide affordable alternatives to high-cost financial products and
services; reduce dependency on predatory financial providers; increase
financial literacy; improve personal financial management; encourage
saving and wealth-building, build creditworthiness; provide an avenue to
personal financial stability or otherwise improve the financial and
economic well-being of Wisconsin families and communities. Read

Applications for either grant are due June 30. Grant recipients will be
notified by July 31.
