Registrations are now being accepted for the fourth annual Wisconsin
Summit of Financial Literacy set for Friday, Oct. 17 at Lambeau Field in
Green Bay. The event aims to support teachers, community outreach
educators and workplace professionals who strive to enhance financial
and economic literacy within their communities.
The summit will give attendees the opportunity to access expert
knolwdge, free resources and agencies willing to support participants in
achieving their goals.
Topics will include community projects and partnerships, workplace
financial literacy, financial literacy for pre-school and
pre-kindergarten parents and financial coaching. Green Bay Packers
President mark Murphy will be the guest speaker at lunch.
The cost is $95, which includes lunch. Headline sponsors are
EconomicsWisconsin, the Lakeland College Center for Economic Education,
Governor Walker's Council on Financial Literacy, and the Wisconsin
Department of Financial Institutions. Other sponsors are Fox Communities
