Digital Solutions Manager Heritage Credit Union is an innovative and growing financial cooperative serving over 27,000 members in two states. We have an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional with hands on experience to directly contribute in taking us to the next level. The Digital Solutions Manager will help make members dreams come true by developing new digital experiences and managing ever evolving existing experiences. The Digital Solutions Manager will have a proven successful track record in development and implementation of a detailed strategy map for sales and service delivery via web and mobile channels. The position is responsible for growing sales and improving service levels for business and transactions initiated and/or fulfilled through web and mobile channels including increased levels of visitor acquisition, conversion of visitors to members, and broadening the number of financial products among existing members. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or an equivalent related field. A minimum of 3 years marketing experience that includes digital marketing activities aimed at sales production through SEM, social media and content management is required. Additional desired experience includes: strategic planning, product/service usability optimization, user interface planning, and customer experience design or product/service delivery through digital channels.
