Your hospital representative is available to answer your questions, speak at chapter meetings, arrange a hospital tour, and help you brainstorm ideas for fundraising. They'd love to hear from you!
Mail checks (payable to "Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals") to the hospital representative serving your county, as listed below. All checks must be sent with a Credit Unions for Kids Donation Form. Do not mail checks to The League.
