About the Program

Robbery is one of the most feared crimes. Most financial institutions train their employees to respond to only one or two kinds of robberies -- and there are actually several kinds, each with its own mechanical characteristics and suggested responses. Most institutions don't train their employees how to prevent robberies and related crimes. Most institutions don't conduct an appropriate risk assessment exercise to determine any vulnerability to robberies and related crimes.

Conduct an initial and continuing robbery risk assessment;
Identify policies and procedures that should be retained, modified or eliminated;
Determine if your robbery training program is appropriate and effective;
