About the Program

This conference is designed to recognize the efforts of Chapter Leaders that continue to support and inspire others to participate in what many call the very grassroots efforts of the credit union movement - Credit Union Chapters. It takes the collective efforts of all the members of the chapter board to keep the principles of chapters vibrant and fresh each season. Be sure to join your peers for this annual event to gather new program ideas and activities to incorporate into your chapter meetings.

 

This year's conference offers a mix of engaging activity, best practices and camaraderie. We’ll gather on Friday to begin the conference with a Children’s Miracle Network group luncheon and program. Friday afternoon will offer insightful direction from Jonathan Brewer, Meet-meme, Inc. Founder, on how to use the web more effectively to promote chapters. We will wrap-up the day with Roundtable Discussions with your peer groups on the board. Following Dinner on Friday, we will hear from local presenters that will offer preview presentations at the ever-popular Speaker Showcase. Saturday morning sessions include: Tips on How to Run a Successful Meeting, an Open Forum Discussion and 45 Ideas in 45 Minutes - all of which offer ideas to help this new season be the best one yet!
