Performance Management Consulting Services

 

Through The League Services Corp.'s HR Performance Management Services, we will provide employment-related consultation desired by your credit union, including topics such as policies, hiring and/or firing, recordkeeping, performance evaluations, position descriptions, wages and hours (exemptions, hours worked, etc.), suspicious activity reporting, absenteeism and leave issues, disability questions, family and medical leave, and internal investigations.

 

Through this program, you can consult our HR experts about employment decisions or procedures or problems specific to your credit union or your employees.These services will be provided by Joanne Whiting or Mary Bliss on an hourly basis, either in the credit union or by telephone.
