About the Program

This seminar presents the requirements when making basic closed-end, fixed rate real estate loans in Wisconsin. This program is appropriate for any staff new to home equity real estate lending, as well as for experienced lending staff.

Participants are urged to bring a model set of completed loan forms and disclosures from their credit union to compare and reconcile with the seminar’s loan documentation checklist and samples. (Please delete any personal information the forms may contain!)

The presenters will utilize sample completed WCUL forms to guide the participants through the process, from application to post-closing.
