League thanks more early dues payers and CU
House and Foundation donors
The League, as always, is very grateful for
the many credit unions that send in their dues payments early as well as
those that have made additional gifts to support the Credit Union House
and Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation.
In addition to those named in the Dec. 8 League News, The League would like to extend a big
thank you to "Golden Rule" Community, Hayward Community, Holy Family
Memorial, Unison, Lakeside and Truax credit unions for being some of the
first to send in their 2012 League dues.
If you haven’t sent in your dues payment
yet, please consider making a voluntary contribution to either The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation or the Credit Union House in
Madison. Your support will go
toward:
-
- Credit Union House, our lobbying hub from across
the Capitol in Madison, from which we represent the voices of Wisconsin
credit unions’ 2.2 million members. Corporate Central Credit Union
made a generous donation as part of its dues payment.
- The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation, through
which credit unions provide the brass|STUDENT PROGRAM (a financial
literacy initiative) to all of Wisconsin’s public high schools as
well as grants and
scholarships for credit union
development. Foundation contributions were made
by Corporate Central, "Golden Rule" Community, Hayward Community and
Unison credit unions as part of their dues payments.
Dues invoices were mailed to credit unions
earlier this month. Payments are due by Jan. 31.
