Chain of Hearts Campaign kicks off in
February for CMN Hospitals
More than 120 credit unions across the state
are gearing up for the 2012 Credit Union For Kids Chain of Hearts
campaign in February.
This statewide fundraiser asks credit union
members to buy paper links for $1 and paper heart icons for $5 to
support the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals that treat
Wisconsin children regardless of their families’ ability to
pay.
It is Wisconsin credit unions’ largest
fundraiser for the charity, raising much of the total that Wisconsin
credit unions raise for CMN Hospitals annually. In 2011, Wisconsin
credit unions raised more than a quarter million dollars to help kids
receiving treatment through CMN Hospitals.
Chain of Hearts materials are sent
automatically every January to credit unions that have been involved
previously. To take part for the first time, order additional supplies,
arrange for a hospital tour, or get additional information, contact your
local hospital representative.
