Filene Research Institute: innovations you can implement now

Your credit union can take bold leaps forward! The Filene Research Institute is the credit union movement's "think tank" in Madison that has innovations you can tap into now to reach new members, grow income and achieve your strategic goals.

A research pilot on social media. If your credit union uses tools like Facebook and Twitter, you should be reaching your business goals in part because of these tools. Learn more about a pilot project – scheduled for the first quarter of 2013 – in which participants will share their best practices using social media to achieve strategic directions.
