Activists had important face-time with D.C. lawmakers, regulators

Activists attending The League's Hike the Hill/Credit Union House event in Washington, D.C. had two very informative and productive days of face time with lawmakers and regulators. The visit proved a valuable opportunity for credit unions to share their views on some of the hottest issues affecting their member service, regulatory burden, income, regulation and more.

Activists had substantial exchanges at Credit Union House with:

NCUA Chair Debbie Matz and staff
CFPB Director of the Office of Small Business, Community Banks and Credit Unions Barton Shapiro and other staff
Key Hill staffers, including representatives from every one of our congressional delegation
U.S. Rep. James Sensenbrenner (R-Menomonee Falls)
