brass|STUDENT PROGRAM

Updates to program for Fall of 2013!

Credit unions will have a chance to put their own mark on the brass|STUDENT PROGRAM with upcoming changes to the fall distribution and classroom sets.

In an effort to build new CU-school relationships and reinforce existing ones, the Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation and brass invite credit unions to help sponsor resources for the high schools in your area through two new mini-package options. These options represent a simple, cost-effective way to engage local high classrooms and provide expanded content on behalf of a sponsorship from your credit union.

Please see our FAQs for complete details about how the program is changing for the 2013-2014 school year.

About Brass

The brass|STUDENT PROGRAM is a free classroom resource teachers can use to teach students about the money side of life™. Through the Program, teachers receive a package of materials four times per year, which includes magazines, workbooks and DVD lessons, in addition to online resources.Image

Wisconsin credit unions - through the The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation - provide the brass|STUDENT PROGRAM at no cost to Wisconsin public high school teachers. Currently, more than 350 Wisconsin teachers are registered users of the Student Program. All teachers are able to register for free online for access to Student Program resources.

Brass Magazine and its accompanying resources are designed to teach high school students about the money side of life™. Read by thousands of young adults across the nation, brass content is written for young adults by young adults and in a recent Student Program survey, 100% of teachers indicated that they would recommend the Student Program to a colleague.
