Member Services Supervisor


Member Services Supervisor Are you a team motivator and coach? If so we need to talk. We are currently seeking a Member Services Supervisor for the West Bend branch. The Supervisor would be responsible for, but not limited to:


• Leading and supervising the MSR area to consistently exceed our members’ expectations, while protecting the assets of the Credit Union

• Supervise all activities of the MSR operations area by analyzing the work flow on an on-going basis to determine staffing requirements, overseeing work schedules, assigning work, answering questions, solving problems, helping with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems.

• Ensure that staff is trained and cross-trained in all phases of their particular jobs to ensure we meet the required service standards while maintaining transaction accuracy.

• Evaluate the job performance of MSR’s to ensure quality member service, accurate transactions and great teamwork.

• Be an active MSR on the teller line. 50% of their time will be spent performing this task.
