Human Resource Training

The Human Resource Training Series is a professional development tool for training supervisors and managers in Wisconsin credit unions. In response to directives from the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state agencies that employers face considerable risk if they fail to train their supervisors and managers in the basics of employment law, the series offers a cost-effective, flexible, and results-oriented approach to doing so.  Each half-day program will include proactive education, practical guidance, and useful strategies designed to help supervisors and managers comply with applicable state and federal laws, reducing the credit union’s exposure to liability because of management error.  The programs are designed to complement one another, so that principles taught in one program will be reinforced in others. Performance Management Training Series programs will be presented by Joanne Whiting, a consultant on The League and The Services Corp. staff.
