Derek founded Move Results to impact the lives of individuals, organizations and communities. Today, he loves to inspire and influence others as a speaker and writer. David is a passionate credit union advocate who enjoys helping credit union newbies, young professionals and basically anyone else willing to listen learn the benefits of working in the movement and how they can turn their job in a credit union into a lifelong career. He also strives to use his 16 years of experience to become a go-to resource in implementing best practices, growing as a leader, and humbly serving those around him and in his life.

Since June 2001, Jennifer and her team have developed and coordinated the more than 200 training programs each year that train 90% of all Wisconsin credit unions and help more than 2,600 frontline, back office and executive staff and directors learn to perform their roles. She is also the lead League liaison for credit union chapters around
the state.
