Summary

Vision Financial Federal Credit Union is looking for a well-rounded individual in the credit union industry to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. We are searching for an energetic individual preferably with hands-on experience in operations, lending, compliance, fraud, and other areas of credit union services. We are a 57-million-dollar credit union with three locations in the beautiful Raleigh-Durham area! 

Responsibilities

The incoming CEO will work with the Board of Directors and lead the team to grow the organization through innovation and a member-centric approach. The incoming CEO will build upon the organization’s success by increasing the membership and loans and ensuring the Credit Union’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for growth, knowledge of regulatory compliance, consumer lending, and operations with the ability to lead a team. 

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have experience in CU operations, lending, along with an understanding of regulatory compliance. Prefer a minimum of five years management experience within the credit union industry, proven people management skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, team building, and carry out a strategic vision for the organization ensuring the organization’s long-term success Above all, the candidate will share our commitment to providing quality products and services, ensuring our members feel assured and confident in our offerings. About the Organization

Established in 1960 by GTE as Gentelco Federal Credit Union, Vision Financial Federal Credit Union (VFFCU) has undergone a remarkable journey of growth and expansion. We have broadened our field of membership to include diverse groups, serving over 100 select employer groups.
