Reach Business Lenders, LLC, (RBL) an affiliate of The Wisconsin Credit Union
League, is seeking an individual with commercial lending experience and a talent
for relationship building. This role serves Wisconsin credit unions, their
members and the business community by originating, underwriting, servicing and
participating business loans. This position will have a base in Madison, with
the ability to work remotely as needed.
Essential duties include:
- Generating loan opportunities within a targeted risk profile for
assigned markets and credit unions, through both referrals from member credit
unions and your own business development efforts.
- Facilitating a high
quality origination experience for borrowers, credit unions and the RBL team.
- Maintaining relationships with assigned credit unions and borrowers to
improve future business development potential and enhance relationship
- Representing RBL and the credit union industry in various
events and activities to both generate loans and contribute to positive
perceptions of credit union capability and commitment.

applicant will have a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
or the equivalent combination of education and experience, some formal sales and
credit training and a minimum three years of commercial sales experience.
