WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a Human Resources - Talent Services Partner.
The ideal candidate will contribute at a hands-on and strategic level to foster
our culture of strong member experience. This person will serve as a primary
contact to assist employees with Human Resources, people, and team support. Our
goal is to grow the employee talent to support the mission of the credit union.
Preference given to candidates with a professional certification in Human
Resources, and a BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent years of field
related experience. This is a full-time, exempt position, which will be located
in one of our offices west of Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Hands-on and hard-working to support our growth in a changing environment
- Comfortable and tactful in providing appropriate coaching and
development feedback to all team members (management/non-management)
- Adept at
learning and using web-based and software applications to support all areas of
human resources support, such as; applicant tracking, engagement, compensation,
performance management, compliance systems, etc.
