Servant Leadership: Find Your Dignity

Join us for this session as we take a closer look at the results from the Dignify Survey (please be sure to complete before the boot camp) We will identify how to best communicate with others to increase cooperation and dignity utilizing this new knowledge of ourselves. We will further discuss what makes us tick, how we are emotionally wired and our top five motivators. We will also discover the different lands of language of four countries: Control, Fun, Perfect and Peace.

Josh Roberts, VP System Collaboration & Development | The League

Josh is responsible for promoting credit union service and outreach, fostering opportunities for growth and leading The League’s development program for Wisconsin's young credit union professionals, the YP Network. Josh also consults with credit unions statewide on budgets, accounting issues, strategic and board planning and any number of operational issues affecting their outreach and success.

Registration Fee

Registration is complimentary for members of the YP Network (sleeping rooms are not included). Membership in the YP Network is free and open to all League member credit union employees and volunteers aged 35 years or younger.
