by Angela Klaves, Director of Marketing Feb 06, 2018

MoneySmart WeekThe countdown is on to credit unions' financial education efforts as part of Money Smart Week, a nationally coordinated effort by partner organizations to improve Americans' financial literacy.

As Wisconsin event partners for Money Smart Week, credit unions improve consumers' financial savvy while positioning credit unions as Americans' best financial partner.

Money Smart Week is April 20-27, 2019.

Events are posted at no cost on the event page of the Money Smart Week website. None of the events promote products or services.

Credit unions coordinate with local planning teams to publicize their events as well as publicizing it on their own through their own channels, including their member newsletters, website, advertisements, etc.

Free graphics and videos are available to help promote your events.

To join the campaign, you'll need to create or update a Partner Profile. It is important to provide an address so you will be connected to the proper regional campaign. The appropriate coordinator will work to keep you in touch with local plans and publicity. If you are creating an account, you will receive an email with a link to create a username and password.
