Through a series of technology upgrades in 2022, The Wisconsin Credit Union League has its eye on providing a better-than-ever member experience! Starting February 24 with the launch of a new membership database, these changes will make for smoother event registration, a more interactive networking platform, improved email communications, easier advocacy and political giving, and so much more.

1. New Membership Database February 24--New Login Required

Members of The League have access to exclusive, members-only content on our website, including credit union compliance, advocacy, and development resources as well as education and training opportunities. With the launch of our exciting new membership database, all members must set up new login credentials on our website. On February 24, members received an email with instructions and a link to set up a new login. Members can also set up their passwords by selecting "forgot password" upon logging in--this will send a reset password email to the email address we have on file (email address is also your username). Please note that some users may currently encounter an error message when accessing this link in Outlook desktop--we recommend using the Outlook app instead. Any members encountering issues with setting up a new login can reach out to [email protected].

With our new membership database, members will enjoy improved self-service options, a smooth event registration process, targeted member communications, and much more. You can check out new features of the Member Portal here

2. Communications Upgrade on May 4

In May, The League began communicating with members through a new email platform. This change allows for improved look & feel, more targeted communications, and the ability to share valuable information seamlessly.

3. commUNITY Platform Switch on June 30

The League's networking platform, commUNITY transitioned to a new platform in June, featuring modern and more interactive features to connect and share ideas with fellow credit union colleagues.

4. New Grassroots Action & Political Giving Systems

Finally, in September, a new Grassroots Action Center was launched making it easier than ever to donate to credit union-friendly legislators and candidates. Additionally, VoterVoice will be launching soon, allowing you to quickly share your voice on important issues.

Additional updates will be forthcoming as these upgrades take shape!
