Whether freezing cold or unseasonably warm, Wisconsinites had some winter fun February 12-20 when a total of 68 participants representing 22 credit unions and system partners raised a record $13,500 for The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation! From shoveling to snowshoeing to cross-country skiing to snowmobiling and sledding, they bundled up and moved it for The Credit Union Movement!

The fundraiser, held each summer and winter, is an easy way to show support and raise awareness. Participants in the fundraiser took to social media to share their #FrozenFFF pictures. Check out some of the submitted photos here. $1,500 was awarded in cash prizes to those who submitted photos.

The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation (The Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that promotes the wellness of credit unions and the communities they serve. The Foundation's resources are used to promote credit union development, help educate credit union staff and volunteers, support programming to enhance financial literacy, and assist the credit union system in times of need.

We are grateful for the support of all who participated, as well as our corporate sponsors, CUNA Mutual Group, Corporate Central Credit Union, LaMacchia Group, and Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago
