Plan to attend the HR Roundtable Feb. 13 in Appleton, the Small Credit Union CEO Roundtable March 12 in Wisconsin Dells and the Compliance Roundtable March 20, also in the Dells.

Feb. 15 is deadline to submit League Board nominations
The League Board is accepting nominations through Feb. 15 to fill terms representing credit unions in Region 1, Region 3 and Region 5. To be eligible, the person must be a Director, President, Senior VP or Executive VP of a League member credit union within the Region that person is to represent. League annual meeting set for Thursday, May 8
The League's annual meeting is set for 1:45-2:15 pm. on Thursday, May 8 during The League's 80th Annual Convention & Exposition, May 7-10 at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee. Let The League file your 990
Let us save you from the headache of completing what has been called the most complex form in IRS history—the Form 990. Sign up by January 31. The Form 990 is a public document so it is recommended that a copy be given to your Board of Directors for review. Note the new escrow, standard mileage rates for 2014
The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions has set the 2014 mandatory interest rate on required escrow accounts at .15%. For more information, please see The Leauge's ii release No. B104. Also, beginning January 1, the standard mileage rate for the use of a car (including vans, pickups or panel trucks) is 56 cents for business miles driven.

Get counted for helping kids!
If your credit union has raised funds for your local Children's Miracle Network hospital, be sure your dollars are counted as part of our state's final 2013 fundraising tally by sending them in by January 24. FULL STORY
