remittance transfers that will be issued by the Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau (CFPB). Plan to participate in a conference call Jan.
14 hosted by CUNA with all the details.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
(CFPB) has issued a new proposal regarding certain aspects of its
remittance transfer final rule:

- what happens when a consumer sender provides an incorrect account
number;
- flexibility regarding disclosures of foreign taxes; and
- limits on disclosures of foreign regional and local taxes.
Read the Comment Call and plan to participate in
a CUNA conference call on Jan. 14 from 2-3 p.m. (CST)
that will provide more details.
