The “1 with The League” campaign is a multi-year public
relations and advocacy effort coordinated by The Wisconsin Credit Union
League.
As part of the campaign, The League trains credit union supporters
– including credit union staff, volunteers and members – as
credit union Activists.

Statewide, Activists collaborate with The League to represent the
interests of the more than two million Wisconsin consumers who want to
retain the right to belong to a not-for-profit, member-owned financial
institution that returns earnings to members.
By telling the credit union story proactively – through
personal networking, media relations, community education, advertising
and other means – the “1 with The League” campaign
increases appreciation for the “Credit Union Difference". The aim is to
cultivate pro-credit union relationships with lawmakers, community
leaders, media and others so that credit unions can:
-
Grow their memberships
-
Pass legislation benefiting credit unions and their 2.2 million
members in Wisconsin
-
Shape public policy issues in Wisconsin affecting financial
services
-
Remain a strong, valuable consumer choice in the financial
marketplace
Please join us in telling the credit union story!
