A couple came into WESTconsin who had just wanted to open a savings and checking account. While opening these accounts, our Member Service Representative had a chance to review their financials. As a result of that conversation, we were able to refinance their ATV loan and auto loan, lowering rates, shortening terms, and lowering payments overall. We also got their three children set up with youth savings accounts! They were so grateful we took the time to explain so many things about their finances and financial wellness with them!
