Anyone who performs marketing, public relations or communications for a cooperative business - like your credit union - should attend the Cooperative Network's Co-op Communicators Workshop March 2-3 in Eau Claire.
The Co-op Communicators Workshop will teach attendees how to maximize content marketing, develop social media strategy, tell your story through video production and manage your brand if a crisis arises.
- Jet Waller and Megan Monday, co-founders of the Love Wisconsin Project, will share the behind-the-scenes story of this successful storytelling project. Learn to curate, refine and share your own stories to make a bigger impact in your community.
- Kennan Wood of Wood Communications Group explains how - during a crisis - you can own the moment before it owns you.
- Spencer Smith of Spencer X Smith Consulting will identify which social platforms make sense for your organization, describe how you should spend your time online and demonstrate which analytics are important and which to ignore.
- Don Stanley of 3Rhino Media will help you understand what content marketing is, why you need to embrace it and how anyone can use content marketing to build their business, their brand and their bottom line. You’ll walk away with time-tested, proven tips and tactics which you can implement immediately.
There'll also be time for peer sharing as part of a roundtable discussion.
The Conference begins in the morning on March 2 and ends at noon on the 3rd.
