We received a call that a member was in the hospital because her water broke. She was supposed to purchase her home that afternoon, but couldn’t make it to closing since she was going to have a baby any minute. The Simplicity Mortgage Team came together and made it happen! One of our Mortgage Officers drove to the hospital to get the member's signatures, and the loan was able to close as scheduled.
