Royal Credit Union’s Foundation, which supports organizations and initiatives that impact education, health, and the arts, recently donated $100,000 to the Whelan Ave. Park and Pavilion Project in Medford. This project includes the redevelopment of a parking lot area along the east bank of the Black River in downtown Medford to include a pavilion and splash pad. The pavilion will include bathrooms and a serving area and will provide a covered space for a downtown farmer’s market.
