Several Ripco staff members were deeply involved in helping one of our older members who was a victim of elder financial exploitation. This ultimately fostered a passion to help prevent similar situations and increase awareness of the difficulties faced by individuals who suffer from dementia. We now actively advocate for individuals with dementia, and, in the last few months, we’ve had several team members participate in “Dementia-Friendly Business” training organized by our local Alzheimer’s Association.
