A member called and felt comfortable enough to share that she had been injured and was really having a hard time making ends meet, especially with making her loan payment. Hearing of her injury, our team member worked with our Director of Credit Resolutions, who discovered the member had life and disability insurance on her loan. The member was able to work with us to file her claim. She told our team member that she had been praying and was glad we listened and answered.
