A 91-year-old member came to us confused as to how she had a negative balance and had overdrawn her account by a hefty amount. We discovered her Social Security deposits had unexpectedly stopped. We called the Social Security office to correct the error and added her niece to the account to help with her finances in the future. To top it off, we returned all her fees and overdraft charges.
