Our Processing Supervisor noticed there were a lot of members (over 100 mortgages) that were not claiming their Lottery Credit. She took it upon herself to draft a letter with necessary references and forms to claim the "late lottery credit for 2017" and updated our procedure to add those forms to all purchase files going forward. This has potential to give back roughly $13,000 in taxes to our members.
