“My personal computer was accessed by an unknown entity. When I realized what was occurring and that it was probably a scam, I went to the branch to see if any funds had been withdrawn, which they had. “Needless to say, I felt angry and embarrassed, but she empathized and offered solutions in a professional and respectful manner. As she suggested, I froze my account, turned in my debit card, and filled out an unauthorized transaction form. “Although the experience was regrettable, I left the branch feeling like I was being taken care of. Thank you for training your staff to serve with their heart.”
