A member suffered a bad fall and was confined to a room at a rehab center where she lacked computer access. Her rent and bills were coming due, but she couldn't get to us for the money orders she usually used for payment. Our employee took it upon himself to visit her at the rehab center to open a checking account and provide temporary checks to help her pay the bills on time.
