Data Analyst - WESTconsin Credit Union

WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a talented individual to join our I.T. team. The Data Analyst is responsible for creating reports out of Prism, OnBase, and Jaspersoft. Will maintain and troubleshoot systems and platforms related to database management and corporate reporting. Will communicate technical information to non-technical staff and act as a liaison between IT and credit union end-users. Will also work with scripting languages like Python.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with SedonaCorp's Prism Analytics to build custom reports.
  • Work with SedonaCorp's Prism Analytics to build custom workflows and modules.
  • Will also be the administrator of the platform.
  • Manages the Prism Helpdesk for internal assistance works with Altair's Datawatch to convert and analyze reports.
  • Work with our electronic document software to script logic to populate forms with appropriate data.
  • Work with staff to provide access and training to Jaspersoft reporting systems.
  • Will also be the administrator of the platform.
  • Work with our staff to provide reports and access to the Hyland OnBase platform. 
  • Will also be the administrator of the platform.
  • Work multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as required to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Work with IT technical staff to ensure changes are implemented according to business and IT technical specifications, policies and operational procedures.
  • Stay abreast of recent developments in business intelligence technologies and industry best-practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry hardware and software developments; and recommends enhancements to system.
  • Work with SedonaCorp's Prism Analytics to build custom reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college; or Associate's degree from a two year college/technical school and two years of related experience; or four years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Project management skills and scripting languages are a plus.
  • Experience in banking or Credit Union environments is preferred.
  • Continued education and conference attendance will be expected.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be self-directed and function under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
