Summary

 As a Financial Services Representative (FSR), you'll play a key role in supporting our members' lending needs while helping them improve their financial well-being. You'll work in a centralized team environment, connecting with members via video, phone, email, and call center channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused setting and enjoys consultative conversations that lead to real financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interview members to understand their loan needs and financial status.
• Analyze credit reports and assess lending risks.
• Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Clearly explain loan terms and underwriting decisions.
• Recommend financial products that align with members' goals.
• Stay current on lending trends and regulations.
• Collaborate with collections and follow up on existing loans.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Manage multiple loan applications while maintaining service excellence..

Qualifications

•  1-3 years in lending preferred but not required.
• Communication: Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and supportively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Goal-Oriented: Motivated by results and committed to member success.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying tailored financial solutions.
• Multitasking: Capable of managing a high-volume workload with accuracy and efficiency.
