Summary | NATURE AND SCOPE

This position reports to the VP, IT Infrastructure and Operations and operates out of our Headquarters. This individual will be responsible for designing, supporting, delivering, and maintaining Landmark’s IT infrastructure including: network, domain, servers, storage and operational requests. Ensures the continuous operation and delivery of IT services to support Landmark’s associates and members.

Responsibilities | PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Provides support for the design, implementation and operation of Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMWare and cloud infrastructure platforms.
2. Provides support for the LAN, WAN, Firewall and Load Balancing solutions.
3. Provides support for the design, implementation and operation of Microsoft application environments - Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, M365.
4. Provides support for the design, implementation and operation of the standard infrastructure applications – backup, anti-virus, security, patching, monitoring & ITSM tools.
5. Ensures disaster recovery solution is operational, maintained and meeting the business needs.
6. Delivers excellent customer service, resolving support requests and ensuring prompt and effective resolutions within agreed service timescales.
7. Performs maintenance tasks on supported infrastructure and applications during after business hours maintenance windows when required.
8. Escalates calls where significant service affecting incidents or security breaches occur as appropriate.
9. Follows standard operating procedures relating to management of the network and security environments.
10. Completes and maintains accurate documentation.
11. Performs project work and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications | REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT Infrastructure delivery and/or support role.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in an IT infrastructure delivery, design or support role for on-premise and/or cloud infrastructure.
3. Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in and supporting Microsoft, Linux or server clusters.
4. Minimum 3 years’ experience with core access and identity components such as Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP & DFS.
5. Minimum 2 year’s proven experience installing and/or supporting VMWare and Cisco Networking Equipment, including routers, switches and firewalls.
6. Minimum 2 year’s experience with storage LUN creation, vSAN stretched clustering, storage disk utilization and management. Preferred VPLEX experience as well.
7. Demonstrated understanding of enterprise networking – routing protocols & traffic flow, VLAN and subnet management. Preferred working knowledge of SDWAN.
8. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to branches.
9. On-call availability for emergency support calls 24/7 with a half hour response time and off-hours availability for maintenance windows.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently
11. Demonstrated ability to use judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
12. Demonstrated experience in balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
13. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position.
14. Must understand and comply with all job related state and federal laws and regulations.
