Provide superior member service response to members’ needs for issue identification, problem resolution and delivery of products and services; serve as liaison between members and other departments’ staff to facilitate proactive relationship development; perform specified Member Services team functions and train/ serve as backup for other departmental duties in accordance with policies and operational procedures.
Robust delivery and support of the organization’s products/services to facilitate superior member service; serve as a liaison to service providers-partners; ensure alignment of department processes/ procedures with relevant regulations and industry best practices; serve as a resource, provide guidance, and demonstrate effective problem recognition and resolution skills; collaborate with department and senior leaders in development assistance for staff and members to enable alignment to and achievement of individual, departmental, and organizational goals.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with payment systems applications, data processing and related technologies
- Strong analysis, issue recognition and problem resolution skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work well with others and to effect positive initiatives
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in the financial services industry.
- Credit union experience is preferred.
