Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Officer to our FCCU team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans of all types, guiding clients through the mortgage application process, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of mortgage products, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

•   Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
• Assist borrowers in identifying mortgage options that best fit their financial goals.
• Collect and analyze applicant financial information to determine loan eligibility.
• Guide applicants through the entire loan process, from pre-qualification to closing.
• Maintain knowledge of current mortgage regulations, products, and underwriting guidelines.
• Ensure loan files meet compliance, regulatory, and internal requirements

Qualifications

• 3 years of Mortgage industry experience Knowledge of secondary market mortgages NMLS license will be required (must be eligible to be licensed)
