Summary

Supports the Mortgage Loan Officers by preparing, distributing, and completing all mortgage loan documentation, while tracking, completing, and following up on compliance for mortgage loans and answering member questions, and completes other various loan duties.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Mortgage Loan Officers in a team environment to enable them to be as efficient as possible.
• Prepares and distributes Loan Estimate and other mortgage disclosures to borrowers.
• Requests and collects all verification documents from borrowers.
• Orders and tracks supporting documentation for mortgage requests including appraisals, inspections, title work, flood certifications, and written verifications of employment.
• Prepares and uploads all loan file documentation for underwriting.
• Prepares and distributes Payoff Requests and Verifications of Mortgage.
• Coordinates and prepares subordination requests.
• Prepares documentation releasing liens upon mortgage payoff. 

Qualifications

• Knowledge equivalent to the completion of a High School diploma or equivalent; one to three years job related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Excellent at multi-tasking.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy on a consistent and repetitive basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with employees, managers, and members.
• Performs well in a team environment.
• Flexible and open to change.
• Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to easily learn other computer programs.
