Receptionist - Landmark Credit Union

Summary

Reports to the Branch Manager. This position serves as the initial contact for members and associates. Represents the credit union as a professional, friendly, and member-oriented organization.

Responsibilities

  •  Staffs Reception Desk, greets visitors and maintains log and directs deliveries.
  • Answers all telephone calls and forwards them to the appropriate department and individuals.
  • Operates a message center for return calls.
  •  Answers general member questions with regard to account information and available services.
  • Performs file maintenance on accounts as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Recommends and cross-sells other Credit Union services.
  • May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

BRANCH HOURS Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM
