The League’s Leadership Institute is designed to help emerging and mid-level managers build their leadership skills to more effectively prepare for succession planning and promotion.
This virtual school is being offered during a six-month period with two half-day sessions each month during the same week for a total of 12 online sessions. Students are encouraged to partner with their supervisor to tailor the action plan to fit their professional growth plan.
The curriculum is designed to build on the material learned in the Leadership Institute Part 1. This coursework is taught by industry experts and leaders in the areas of leadership development vetted by the University of WI - School of Continuing Education.
Prerequisite: Must have graduated from Leadership Institute I to enroll in this coursework, though those who have been in a credit union leadership role for 2+ years will also be considered and are encouraged to register.
