Expanding Your Toolkit: Best Practices for Sales & Service

Angela Prestil, Consultant | CU Difference

Every interaction with a member is a chance to solidify their allegiance and propel them to spread good word-of-mouth about your credit union. Whatever channel our members use, our goal is to connect with members in ways our competitors don’t. In this session, you’ll learn skills to connect with members to elevate service throughout the credit union. You’ll also learn how to fulfill the needs of your members, increase exposure to your credit union’s products, and develop a member relationship-focused culture.

This session will inspire new staff, rejuvenate veterans and help non-sales professionals become an effective part of a member-focused team.

Learning Objectives

  • Maximizing member interaction
  • Optimizing Listening Skills
  • Closing Sales with Confidence
