The pandemic has everyone performing tasks and processes a bit differently. Join us each quarter for a complimentary, facilitated roundtable to discuss the operational items you are wrestling with. Let’s talk about those processes that prompt the question, “I wonder how other credit unions are handling this?"

We'll discuss a gamut of topics from fraud trends to forms. Your participation will direct the content discussed. Send us your questions and the topics you'd like to cover and we will be sure to address them.

Sara Jo Hicks

Sara Jo Hicks, Fraud and Debit Card Specialist | PCM Credit Union

Sarah has been with PCM for 17 years and is a graduate of NWTC with her associates in Supervisory Management. Over the last 10 years she has developed a passion for fraud and is working towards getting her CFE. She also enjoys training staff on products and services and has presented several fraud classes for the members of PCMCU and the public. Sara played a key role in the planning of the Midwest User Group conference for several years. When Sara is not “saving bank accounts” she loves to spend time with her son and family members during her off time watching sports, playing games and cooking. 


Tina KlapatchTina Klapatch, Operations Specialist | PCM Credit Union

Tina has been working the financial industry of credit unions for over 20 years. She has been with PCM Credit Union for just over 5 years and plays a key role in the accounting department as the Operations Specialist. Tina is a go-to person for many credit union employees as she stores a wealth of knowledge regarding many back-office functions and excels in training on credit union products. Being an Operations Specialist means you wear many hats and Tina does just that working on many accounting functions and assisting immensely in the debit card fraud and dispute processing. When Tina takes off her many hats, she enjoys crafting and spending time outside.
