  • Revised CFPB mortgage servicing rules & their impact on foreclosures,
  • Updated Wisconsin Office of Credit Unions regulations, and 
  • Amended NCUA regs on capitalization of interest.

An estate account Is a special account to temporarily hold a deceased person’s assets.  We'll cover the steps and documentation required to open an estate account, and how to handle certain decedent account transactions.

Paul drafts regulatory comment letters on behalf of credit unions, helping to shape regulations affecting credit union operations, income, and member service. He supervises W.C.U.L. Services Corp.’s Compliance Specialist Program, deploying shared employees among Wisconsin credit unions to provide support for compliance efforts.
