Gain insight from Diversity, Equity and Inclusion experts who provide a baseline for understanding the importance of DEI. These webinars from our first DEI Summit in 2020 frame why we are talking about DEI, what it means to credit unions and how you can be an ally for inclusion. There is also an opportunity for education and reflection around unconscious bias.

Even if you missed them the first time around these outstanding speakers are now available as a special webinar bundle. Their expertise will also be great prep work for any of our DEI educational offerings.

  1. Business Case for DEI: A Movement for the CU Movement – Maurice Smith
  2. How to Be an Inclusion Ally – Lisa Koenecke
  3. Uncover Unconscious Bias – Julie Katz
